The aim of a nasal septum surgery is functionnal and aesthetic aims. With a semiologic study the authors analyse four kinds of septoplasties which allows to correct the main septal deviations: erndoscopic septoplasty for posterior nasal obstruction, Cottle’s septoplasty for septum’s luxation and deviation on the premaxilla area, septoplasty with spreader grafts for dorsum cartilage deviations, extracorporeal septoplasty with a new septum cartilage frame for the complex deviations. The autors emphasize on the help given by videoendoscopy during the surgical procedures.
